Be a Ten

Be A Ten is a unique program developed exclusively by Performins, Canada’s leading MGA. It’s designed to support, educate and recognize our advisors who bring true professionalism and sales success to their respective practices.  

Within the insurance industry, it’s understood that 10 phone calls will result in 3 appointments and one sale, and ten life sales a month will translate into a very productive and successful practice.  With that in mind Be A Ten was designed to support those of our advisors who have at some point achieved 10 life sales in a month, $10,000 of gross dealer commission, $10,000 of life commissions in a month and / or 10 living benefit sales over 10 weeks.  For these advisors we offer workshops to help with hands on coaching designed to build client relationships. We also provide proprietary spreadsheets and solutions to help build your practice.
