Licensing
Qualification Exam
Essentially the LLQP is the only program for life licensing at the present time. There are two options:
- Enroll for the full LLQP program
- Enroll for the Restricted LLQP program (The successful applicant is required to be supervised for a 2 year period and then must complete the full LLQP program during that time frame)
Two excellent providers of the new life-licensing program (LLQP) are:
- Advocis (Click on ‘Professional Development’ then to ‘Life Licensing & the LLQP’ for information on this program)
- Canadian Securities Institute (Click on ‘Canadian Insurance Course (CIC)’ for information on the LLQP Advocis requires member ship, which has an additional membership cost to the course. There is no membership fee for the CSI)
Both firms have the highest pass rates for the LLQP program for the approved providers.
